SUN TEA!

It's that time of year. Iced tea time! Sun tea is a ridiculously easy way to make tea that is packed full of flavor. I keep mine simple. I take a glass container, add my tea bags and lemon in water, and set it out in the sunshine! You can even add fruit, honey, or whatever else you can think of. I've added sage in a fruit tea before, as well as black liquorice. It was delicious! And unique. So get creative and try new tea! What are your favorite blends of tea?

Stay cool, everyone!

Easy pickles!

Here is another recipe I put to use with the cucumbers I bought at the farmers market.
I seriously cannot get enough of pickled things. DELICIOUS and good for you too!

Store in your refrigerator and wait a few days before using.
You will never go back to store bought pickles ever again!
